Canterbury Road St Kilda

A purchase from Vic Track gave us the opportunity to create a 72 lot land subdivision along Canterbury Road, St Kilda. The section of land, abutting the light rail line, starts at Fitzroy Street, St Kilda and stretches half a kilometre north into Albert Park, the most prime real estate in Melbourne.

To remain sympathetic to the eclectic residential environment of St Kilda, Rocdon chose to sell the individual lots that have now afforded the area its great architectural diversity due to the broad range of architects employed across the site. To satisfy local demand, Rocdon built a 12 townhouse development and renovated sports amenities within this sought after precinct.
